Today, we have multiple product lines with millions of customers, including Mixtiles, easyplant, Oasis and Around. We're also shipping new products every year.

We love what we do, and we love people who love what they do. If you're that kind of person, read on.

What you’re applying for

We’re looking for a hands-on engineer to join the team that turns ideas into real products—fast, cost-effective, and at scale. Whether it’s developing smart plant systems at easyplant or scaling cutting-edge hanging and framing systems at Mixtiles, you’ll play a key role in building the products that go into millions of homes.
You’ll work closely with suppliers, engineers, and teams across our ten global manufacturing sites, making sure the things we design are actually manufacturable—at scale, with great quality, and at the right cost.

The goal: Launch and scale products that are built for real-world operations—fast, reliable, and cost-effective

We ship over 13 million products a year and are already in 5% of American homes. Your job is to make sure our next generation of products—whether they hang, water themselves, or do something completely new—are designed not just to work, but to work well at scale.

In this role you'll

  • Lead new product development, ensuring smooth rollout from lab to production floor.
  • Source and test new materials and technologies—from smart sensors to adhesive solutions to sustainable packaging.
  • Improve manufacturing processes on-site at our global facilities, identifying bottlenecks and unlocking throughput.
  • Drive cost reduction through smarter components, streamlined processes, and thoughtful design tweaks.
  • Partner with operations, product, and supply chain teams to ensure every product is set up for success, from prototype to delivery.

What we're looking for

  • Proven record of minimum 5 years of experience in both operations and engineering disciplines
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering
    , or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical skills—you back your decisions with data and dig deep to solve root problems.
  • Hands-on manufacturing experience—you’re comfortable talking to factory teams and standing by the line.
  • builder’s mindset—practical, scrappy, and focused on what works.
  • Comfortable working across disciplines—product, design, supply chain, and engineering.
  • High standards, high ownership—you push for better without waiting to be asked.
  • Willing to travel when needed to our global sites—where the real work happens.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have worked on high-volume consumer products
  • Have experience in automation, materials testing, or cost optimization
  • Have built or scaled smart hardware products or mechanical systems
