At Easyplant, we’ve revolutionized green living with our state-of-the-art self-watering plants that should be watered only once a month! In just two years, we've scaled to $50M/year in sales, and now we're setting our sights toward a goal of $200M in the next 2 years horizon. To meet this goal we are looking for a top-notch VP Marketing to lead our activity into its next phase.

Role Overview:

As a core leadership team member, you'll design and execute easyplant’s marketing strategy that supports our brand's expansion. You'll define how we connect with our customers, innovate our messaging, and amplify our market presence.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop a cutting-edge marketing strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth targets 
  • Brand Building: Build the easyplant brand. Ensure consistent, high-quality visuals and messaging across all platforms, aligning with the company's values and strategic vision
  • Acquisition and Retention: Lead initiatives for customer acquisition and retention, optimizing a blend of traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Messaging Strategy (Creative): Develop a messaging strategy that conveys the product strategic advantages and optimizes constantly based on performance
  • Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, influencers, and more 
  • Content and Social Media Marketing: Direct content creation and social media strategies to engage the community, drive brand awareness, and support sales.
  • Analytics and measurement: Utilize marketing data analytics to track performance, refine strategies, and ,measure the activity through advanced attribution models 
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and collaboration

We are looking for a visionary marketing leader who embodies:

  • Proven Leadership: Over 5 years of experience in large-scale D2C brands with a proven track record of successful brand scaling
  • Creativity and Vision: A fearless, hands-on leader ready to tackle big challenges and drive substantial growth through innovative strategies
  • Brand and Product Positioning: A deep understanding of brand and product positioning, integrating consumer insights and competitive analysis into actionable strategies
  • Data-driven: Exceptional analytical abilities to pivot strategies based on data insights.
  • Experience in multi-channel strategy including measurement and attribution techniques 
  • Organic and Engagement Channels: Extensive knowledge of all key organic and re-engagement marketing channels, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing, ensuring consistent and effective customer
