What you’re applying for

This is a role to be the Talent Lead & HRBP at easyplant. Easyplant sits at the intersection of technology, design, and nature. We've developed, from grounds up, a totally new houseplant, making it very easy to use, making it the fastest growing brand in it's space.

This is an amazing opportunity to join and build the core team of a new, promising hyper-growth startup (~20 people), that operates under the umbrella of "Mixtiles", one of the largest Israeli consumer companies.

In this role you'll

In this role, you’ll take responsibility for building a great team. You will protect our culture by only hiring outstanding, kind people. This will drive our future and culture more than any other thing.

You will also help us build the best workplace with great culture and values.

People should do hardcore things with people they love, feel like they’re hanging out in a great home, achieve more than they thought was possible, develop higher standards, better judgment, better ethics, and generally feel like working at Mixtiles is a great part of their life.

To achieve this you will partner with Easyplant’s management team and work closely to achieve the business goals by hiring the best People.

What We're Looking For

Building a world-class team is super hard! It takes smarts, creativity, a natural ability to assess people, and tight execution. 

When we have a tough problem with high rewards, we love hiring a very competent person and giving them all the resources, money, teams and support they need to take on the challenge.

We’re looking for a Senior HR leader to crack this challenge, who has high people standards and can identify excellent talent on a gut feeling. 

And in a short list of requirements (if we have to):

  • Experience in building teams (either as a professional manager in any domain within the industry OR as a talent acquisition leader/HRBP), at least 5 years
  • Ability to lead pipelines and hiring processes with a creative and strategic vision for it
  • Excellent executer
  • Deep organizational and staffing understanding
  • Outstanding observation skills
  • High standards in nature
